Description

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.  
  • Improve lead management by improving qualified enquiries and lead tracking    
  • Building sales Funnel by building pipeline / prospects                             
  • Information Asymmetry  
  • Effective Cross selling and up selling   
  • Achieve growth and hit order booking targets by successfully managing best practices / Sales Operating Process  
  • Implement a business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence      
  • Present Order Intake realistic forecasts to the management team Monthly / quarterly basis    
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of our various new Energy saving solutions and competition status 
  • Evaluate all aspects that generate new business while maintaining client relationships                                   

Background Needed

Industrial competency: - Deep Understanding of YHEPL energy saving Solutions (MVD & ECT) and its market segments or related industries                                                         
Functional competency:- Orientation towards business and developing professionally                             
A) Business demonstrates detailed job knowledge and understands the  objective                            
B) Understand the strengths and limitations of the main competitors                             
C) Makes sound and attractive proposals                             
D) Evaluate opportunities for organic and external growth                             
E) Communication & Teamwork

Candidates should have experience in VFD sales and possess a qualification in DEE/BE in Electrical or ENTC (Electronics and Telecommunication).
