Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare chemical formulations and maintain accurate documentation of processes.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) for various R&D activities.
• Conduct battery testing, including assembly, disassembly, and  cleaning routine.
• Assist in lab maintenance and adhere to safety protocols.

Compensation:

• Performance-based stipend: Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 6,000 per month.
• The first month will be a probationary period (paid), during which stipend and continuation terms will be decided upon mutual agreement.
