Description
The Operations Executive will oversee daily business operations, ensure efficiency, and implement strategies to enhance productivity. The role requires a hands-on professional who can manage resources, optimize processes, and maintain quality standards to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
- Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and task execution.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
2. Process Improvement:
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team performance.
4. Performance Monitoring:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
5. Vendor and Client Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
6. Budget and Resource Management:
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control initiatives.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment effectively.
Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional site visits depending on the nature of operations.
Dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and multitasking.
Background Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in operations or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and operations management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
