The Fleet Executive will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage fleet activities, track performance, and support business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fleet Operations Management:

• Monitor and manage the scheduling and deployment of vehicles.
• Ensure efficient utilization of the fleet to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage.

2. Maintenance and Repairs:

• Schedule regular maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicle reliability.
• Coordinate repairs and replacements with service providers.
• Track and manage vehicle service histories and warranties.

3. Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all vehicles meet legal and regulatory requirements, including licensing and insurance.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks.
• Maintain updated documentation for audits and inspections.

4. Vendor and Driver Coordination:

• Liaise with vendors for vehicle procurement, maintenance, and parts supply.
• Manage driver assignments, schedules, and performance.
• Address driver concerns and ensure adherence to company policies.

5. Cost Control:

• Monitor and control fleet expenses, including fuel and maintenance costs.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Prepare and analyze budget reports related to fleet operations.

6. Technology and Reporting:

• Utilize fleet management software to monitor vehicle performance and logistics.
• Generate and present reports on fleet performance, downtime, and KPIs.
• Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
   

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management software.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
