Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing a range of HR functions to support organizational goals, employee satisfaction, and compliance. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR administration effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to integrate new employees into the organization.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Handle grievance procedures and mediate disputes when necessary.

3. Performance Management:

  • Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in identifying and addressing performance issues.
  • Track and report on performance metrics.

4. HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

5. Payroll and Benefits Administration:

  • Oversee payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure timely communication.
  • Handle leave and attendance management.

6. Learning and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based, with occasional travel for recruitment or training events.
  • Dynamic environment requiring multitasking and adaptability.

 

Background Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills Required

  • 2+ years of experience in HR roles.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
