HR Executive & HR Assistant

Description
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and executing a range of HR functions to support organizational goals, employee satisfaction, and compliance. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR administration effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct orientation sessions to integrate new employees into the organization.
2. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Handle grievance procedures and mediate disputes when necessary.
3. Performance Management:
- Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in identifying and addressing performance issues.
- Track and report on performance metrics.
4. HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
5. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Oversee payroll processing and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure timely communication.
- Handle leave and attendance management.
6. Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
Work Environment:
- Office-based, with occasional travel for recruitment or training events.
- Dynamic environment requiring multitasking and adaptability.
Background Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
