Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Onboarding & Activation: 
   - Execute BTL marketing campaigns and on-ground activation activities at refill kiosks and key locations.  
   - Educate potential customers about Smart Refill’s sustainable solutions and guide them through the onboarding process.  
   - Set up engaging displays and demonstrations to attract and convert walk-in customers.  

2. Sales Operations: 
   - Manage daily sales at assigned locations by providing excellent customer service and encouraging repeat refills.  
   - Track and report daily sales performance and key metrics.  

3. Customer Engagement & Retention:  
   - Make telephonic calls to customers to understand their feedback, concerns, and usage patterns.  
   - Proactively resolve customer issues and share insights with the team to improve products and services.  
   - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and word-of-mouth promotion.  

4. Data Analysis & Reporting:  
   - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.  
   - Provide regular updates on sales trends and customer behavior to the management team.  
 

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.  
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.  
- Enthusiastic about sustainability and creating impactful customer experiences.  
- Ability to handle fieldwork and manage time effectively.  
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry tools is a plus.
