Description
Objective:
NOW Venture Studio is seeking a dynamic Venture Partner to lead market expansion, product growth, and strategic initiatives for a portfolio company offering an AI-driven sustainability management & carbon accounting platform. This platform empowers enterprises to enhance ESG reporting, automate carbon accounting, optimize decarbonization, and manage supply chain emissions effectively. The role requires a blend of strategic leadership, product management expertise, and a passion for sustainability and climate tech.
Key Responsibilities:
1. GTM Strategy & Execution:
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement GTM strategies focusing on pricing, market positioning, segmentation, and international market entry.
- Partnership Development: Build and strengthen strategic partnerships to drive commercialization and scale growth in priority sectors.
- Sales Leadership: Lead customer engagements, product demonstrations, and presales activities to drive adoption and conversion.
2. Product Management:
- Strategize on the product roadmap by integrating customer insights, industry trends, and market demands to ensure scalability and strong product-market fit.
- Oversee feature prioritization, certification processes, and all requirements critical for market success.
3. Leadership & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the founding team to guide the product’s 0-to-1-to-10 journey, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to ensure the company stays ahead in the rapidly evolving ESG and carbon management space.
Background Needed
- Experience: 8+ years in leadership roles, particularly in B2B SaaS, enterprise solutions, or the sustainability domain.
- GTM Expertise: Proven track record in creating GTM strategies, global sales channel development, and fostering commercial partnerships.
- Product Management: Expertise in scaling SaaS/enterprise products with a focus on market fit and long-term growth.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in ESG, carbon accounting, or emissions management is a strong advantage.
