We are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Analyst Intern who can assist in the preparation and analysis of sustainability reports, support tracking of emissions using GHG accounting methodologies, familiar with SDGs, GRI standards, and BRSR. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about sustainability and eager to gain hands-on experience in sustainability reporting, data analysis, and ESG practices.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in conducting sustainability assessments and audits.
• Support data collection and analysis for sustainability reporting.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative strategies for enhancing sustainability initiatives within the organization.
• Conduct literature reviews and research on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in sustainability reporting.
• Help promote sustainability awareness and engagement among employees and stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of comprehensive sustainability reports that adhere to GRI, CSRD, CDP, BRSR guidelines, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Provides ideas/suggestions for new collection methods and process improvements.
• Supporting the management (data collection, collation, and transformation) of SolidPro’s Sustainability SaaS platforms.
   

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Completion of a recognized course on ESG/Sustainability reporting is a strong advantage.

• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ESG/Sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, BRSR) is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of sustainability-related regulations and best practices.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel; familiarity with data management tools is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to articulate viewpoints.
• Ability to work towards strict deadlines, and manage/prioritize tasks.
• Interest in ESG, climate action, and sustainability is desirable.
