Responsibilities 

• Creatively support the Engineering and Manufacturing team with the creation of product designs, ideation sketches, base research, 3D modelling and visualization to aid in the design process. Conducting user and competitive market research and analysis.
• Provide innovative concepts to improve the overall usefulness and appearance of our products' designs. Perform simulations, stress analysis, and testing to validate designs and ensure product performance.
• Support development for a range of products across machinery and equipment for water treatment methods, Body styling, Part details and graphics design. Independently perform design calculations, equipment sizing, steam and heat calculations, energy balance, and project cost estimations.
• Assist in plant design, construction, and installation of customer projects in coordination with other engineering, manufacturing and field team. • Work with customer teams to implement, troubleshoot, test, and improve processes as needed.
• Improve and iterate design concepts in response to input and project specifications.
• Sound Knowledge of Material Selection of metals and non-metals, Machining, Fabrication process, sheet metal and post processing operations
• Assist in maintaining design documentation and presentations to effectively communicate internal teams understand and apply design concepts.
• Traveling to work sites and locations to understand project needs, conduct feasibility analysis, and design effective water treatment system.

MTech/ME or B.E. / B. Tech (3+ years) in Mechanical / Industrial /Product design Engineering or related field

• Hands-on experience with Solidworks and AutoCAD software.
• Ability to create concepts, detailed 3d models, and 2D drawings for new design/ modifications
• Knowledge of industry safety standards. Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards.
• Proficiency in mechanical design concepts and detailed engineering drawings.
• Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
