• To ensure effective/efficient implementation of manufacturing Processes in existing and new products.
• Execute and ensure the product manufacturing method from FG warehouse to Raw material store.
• To analyze the existing layout thereby improving the efficiency by process improvement, cycle time
• reduction etc.
• Establishing the manufacturing facility for the production taking into consideration material flow, machine design, Location layouts, etc. to ensure optimum utilization of available resources.
• Undertake engineering Methods, product consumption calculation, manpower power calculation and maintain man-machine ratio to budgeted levels for enhancing productivity and capacity standards.
• Implement new working methods to increase efficiency and Initiate New product development.
• Involves in Kaizen, Kanban, and Poka Yoke techniques.

BE / Btech - process / Industrial engineering with 2 - 3 years experience

• Knowledge and experience in Lean concepts like Lean manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Quality improvement concepts, and application
• Good Communication & Presentation skills
• Should demonstrate good analytical skills
