• Responsible for Technical control functions like, machine electrical design, component selection, PLC Programming, IoT, Panel wirings, Fault finding etc..
• Electrical wiring design and component selection for Automation machine 
• Strong Logic building ability for data collection from machines. 
• Hand-on experience on different PLCs like Mitsubishi, Delta, fatek, and Panasonic.
• Design and develop the HMI Screen (Pro-face, Mitsubishi, Delta, and Panasonic) 
• Experience in protocols implementation RS-485, ENET/IP, TCP/IP, RS-232, ProfiNet, Simple communication Protocol, FTP, OPC UA, UDP.
• Knowledge of Servo motors, VFD and encoders, Vision Camera 
• Electrical design review according to customized requirements by us considering safety and all.
• New technology development all the years according to market as well process used by our end.
• Analyse and resolve repetitive machine breakdowns
• Coordinate with vendors as well commercial team for technical discussion as well regularly follow up for achieving project timelines.
• Knowledge of Databases, SQL Servers, and File Transfer Server.
• Developing and building the concept of IIoT using IoT based PLC and IoT Gateway.
• Having knowledge of BI tools like Power Bi and Motion Board will be an added advantage. 
• Attending critical breakdowns if support is required by the production team.
• Strong technical, Communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Learn new concepts quickly and autonomously.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Searches out best practices with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Machine installation planning, Electrical and pneumatic connection, and machine unloading according to all the safety requirements
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other communication tools

3-4 years of relevant Experience with bachelor’s degree in electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation, and control, electrical and Electronics.
