• Responsible for Injection Moulding machine maintenance activities.
• Should have a thorough knowledge of the Centralized Feeding System.
• Should be Familiar with the working functions of MTC, Dehumidifier, and Granulator /Crusher.
• Should be able to Handle Wittman And Yushin 3 Axis Robots program and modification.
• Through Knowledge on the PLC/HMI Program and Machine Integration activities.
• Through knowledge of all Electrical and electronic basic functions and applications.
• Should have thorough Knowledge on Pneumatic and its Functions used on Moulding Industries.
• Should have experience in All Electrical Moulding machines like Fanuc/ Sumitomo/Nessei.
• Should be able to Make independent EOAT required for Moulding machines.
• Should have thorough knowledge on Understanding of Electrical Drawing and Wiring in PLC
• Should understand and Perform the LADDER program.
• Should know about electrical Safety Precautions LOTO.
• Should be able to maintain the Spare parts for Critical Items.
• Should have a strong hold the Breakdown analysis.
• Should be able to Maintain the Maintenance Documents for ISO Standard.
• Should be able to perform TPM Activities for PM/JH.
• Should be actively involved in Kaizen and Improvement activities.
• Training and awareness to maintenance technicians.

BE/Diploma (Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical)

• Good Communication & Presentation skills
• Should demonstrate good analytical skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
