Engineer - PLC
Location : Sri City, Andhra Pradesh
Description
- To improve all Machine Efficiency with proficiency in PLC programming and Manufacturing Knowledge & Experience.
- Detailed Knowledge of PLC programming ladder logic i.e. Mitsubishi, Delta.
- Detailed knowledge of servo installation & commissioning i.e. Mitsubishi.
- Proficiency in HMI designing i.e... Mitsubishi, Proface, Weinview.
- Reading and interpreting the Electrical and Pneumatic diagrams.
- knowledge on VFD installation & commissioning.
- Managing stocks and supply of Machinery equipment.
- Responsible for improving manufacturing Efficiency by automating processes and safety.
- Finish Tasks/Projects within Time Bound.
- Maintain Relevant Audit Documents (e.g. History card, RCA, Periodic Preventive Maintenance, OEE, MTTR, MTBF) .
- Experience in Installation, Start-up, Commissioning & Programming.
- Wiring and testing of Control Panels.
- Troubleshoot all equipment and Diagnose any malfunctions in the machine.
- Extensive knowledge of Pneumatics and Electrical Circuits and wiring.
- Daily monitoring of Machine Efficiency.
Background Needed
- Diploma or B.E / B.tech in Electrical & Electronics & Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC Programming Field
- Ideally would require a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience from a manufacturing unit with flair to achieve its set objectives.
- Needs to demonstrate good man-management skills while being able to multitask and work in cross-functional teams
- Needs to have proven capability in driving cost initiatives, and problem solving. ? Must demonstrate strong leadership, team building, interpersonal & analytical skills
Skills Required
PLC Programming, HMI designing, Servo and VFD commisioning & Troubleshooting. Control panel wiring. Analysis and Documentation.
