Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Management - Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all HVAC projects, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality benchmarks?

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and nance, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Dene project objectives, scope, and deliverables, aligning them with customer needs and internal strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.  ??????

2. Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, other function heads, and partners.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with senior management to communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities. ? Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure project success.

3. Leadership and team development - Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve excellence in all areas of project execution. 

• Build, manage, and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop a second line of leadership within the project teams to support succession planning and business growth.

4. Quality Assurance & Risk Management - Implement eective quality control and risk management processes to ensure project success and minimize potential delays or cost overruns.

• Anticipate project risks, resolve project issues, and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of ongoing projects to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

5. Financial Oversight - Collaborate with the finance team to manage project budgets, forecast needs, and ensure financial targets are met

• Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources without compromising on quality.
• Drive financial performance of projects, including forecasting, invoicing, and ensuring profitability.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with the projects.

• 15+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale HVAC projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing projects with budgets exceeding INR 50 crore.
• Knowledge of international HVAC standards and regulations is an advantage.

• Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and sustainable design.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with subcontractors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
