Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of our water-saving products.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for the field sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong relationship to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets.
- A strong sustainability mindset and passion for promoting eco-friendly solutions.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of the products and explain them to customers in a simple and effective manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
