Description

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of our water-saving products.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for the field sales team.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong relationship to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Background Needed

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets.
  • A strong sustainability mindset and passion for promoting eco-friendly solutions. 
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of the products and explain them to customers in a simple and effective manner. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • Prior experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
