Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Drive the sales process from inquiry to close, maintaining a high conversion rate.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and product effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events.
  • Participate actively in sustainability events and workshops, both to learn and to represent the company.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High energy level and enthusiasm.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
